The night crew, even though polite they were not very knowledgeable on how to help guest. The manager she was very nice and helpful. I don't have a problem with staff being on the phone, but make sure your attention is 100% on the quest when being asked a question. In our room above the shower, the paint was peeling pretty badly.
We just stayed here with a soccer tournament and I will say the place was amazing very clean, very accommodating! Breakfast was simple and stocked, there was alot to occupy the kids! I give them props for housing so many kids who ran amuck but they never once complained! The seating areas were awesome when there are so many people staying there it never felt crowded another perk was the outlet mall was located across the street many restaurant options and our soccer fields were extremely close!
This is the Hilton I know and love. This visit was excellent from walking in to walking out. The staff is stellar and thorough. The room was clean and like new! I slept comfortably - which is not easy for me. As a Hilton Honors member, I have to say that this was one of my best hotel experiences in a while. I will definitely return. Two Thumbs Up!!
Was tired from my long distance drive and stopped to rest. Was able to get a lower rate online then what was offered at registration. The first room was clean however there was a disturbance above me so I asked to be moved and the gentleman didn't hesitate to move me. I appreciated his swift response. The second room was on a quiet floor at the end of the hall. The amenities were great! Only concern was the plumbing probably should be checked. When taking a shower the water pressure knocked in the wall.
We just came back from a two night stay.. The room was clean and modern. My only issue was the mold spots on the caulking of the shower and the fact we had a handicapped room but the toilet was not a taller size. It was difficult to get up from Nice place just needs a few "tweaks*.
Clean clean clean. Comfortable beds, even the linens were soft. Friendly staff. Free breakfast..nothing soecial...but hey it was included. Mini egg omelets, sausage, toast, bagels and pancakes. Looking for a hotel in this area...this is it!
I gave 4 stars because I would recommend this hotel but also just be prepared. Yes, most hotels the walls are usually thin but as much as I've traveled I've never been able to hear a telephone conversation or be able to identify what the person is watching on TV with the adjoining wall. With white noise, it drowned out the sound enough so I could sleep. It was clean and the beds are comfortable. They do have a peloton in the gym. It wasn't connected to the network today and I didn't have time to go speak with the front desk about the code but they do have options, weights, treadmills, kettlebells. Breakfast was fresh and hot, staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Very clean, quiet, modern hotel! Very close to Trader's World and Treasure Aisles flea markets, too. Great stay! We will be back!
